Because I do not agree with such cruelty towards animals, we need to end this abuse. We need to create more drastic Laws, and that people be made aware of giving love to the most unprotected and helping in the fight against mistreatment and abandonment of animals.
In Colombia the mistreatment and abandonment of animals is a pandemic that we must fight, we as citizens and the Government with Laws and with the security forces making them respect. It is of no use to have tougher laws when the police do not enforce them and justice does not condemn the guilty.
We need harder laws, a Police enforcing them, and a Justice that condemns those guilty of these terrible crimes against animals.
