With the labor problems that the merchant sailors of the city of Necochea suffer from, to have to travel to other cities or provinces to obtain work of shipment is that we need that the fishing vessels enter our port.
We are many who do not have the means to travel to try their luck in other larger ports such as Bahía Blanca or Mar del Plata.
