Because now the Law is useless, every day we see more abuses and it is a shame for a country that is supposed to be civilized, those who violate the rights of others should lose theirs.
Equalize the rights of people and animals, we must fight so the offenders are treated in the same way if they do anything to an adult, a children or an animal. Pay for the crime committed without looking who is the victim, that is to improve the Law to end once and for all the abuse.
Jail for all offenders!
