For what has happened in recent days and the invaluable help of animals trained to find and recapture people in some mishap, and the elimination of kennels that are only prisons without any regulations, places where they mistreat and take life animals indiscriminately.
My petition is that the dogs that are in the kennels of the whole country, that suffer so much by the terrible conditions of life in those places, where they end up dying, they are trained to rescue of people, like pets of old and for therapy for children and elderly people with physical and mental problems. Give them a dignified life surrounded by love and affection and do not allow them to be killed in the kennels.
No more stray dogs, no more kennels. Yes to rescue dogs and trained dogs for company for old and sick.
