It is unfair for an animal to die because of the unconsciousness of humans. It is ugly to see it for photos and videos as they suffer, but worse is to live it. Hundreds of animals are mistreated, abandoned and murdered every year in the country, and we do not see the authorities moving and that these criminals go to jail, that is why this petition is for the change of laws for harder ones to fight against animal abuse.
Only this year we knew of cases like the Chocolate, which they skinned alive and ended up dying after suffering a lot, several dogs burned alive or hanged. None of those people responsible for these terrible acts will end up in jail, that is why the Laws must change.
Please, we ask the Deputies and Senators to enact Laws against animal abuse so that this madness ends.
