Because puppies don't deserve to die. Imagine you in a situation like this, would you like to be killed for disturbing or hindering? No, because you are a person. What would you do if you were a little street dog? You don't want them to kill you, right?
Laws need to be tougher against people who mistreat and murder street dogs, something totally unnecessary and that can only be done by sick people who could also do the same with a child or an elderly person.
The Government must put a stop to this madness before street dogs continue to die, beginning by punishing abandonment very harshly and then catching the murderers. We do not want any more injustices on our streets.
That is why I am writing this petition so that they do not kill the dogs on the street!
