Til Til is a small commune belonging to the Metropolitan Region, and in the last 29 years it has been transformed into the wastebasket of the capital of Chile. We have installed two prisons, two tailings mines, two landfills, a plant to process biosolids (human excrement), a pig farm and now authorized a toxic waste dump.
We demand to declare Til Til SATURATED ZONE.
