Do not allow carts pulled by a horse mistreated by an alienated brainless

Defense until the death of the superior of the species, the animal; without considering in any kind to the poor wretch genocide, man.

Here in Uruguay is allowed the horse to work pulling carts, cockfighting, the taming, the trick riding, hunting of native species, and greyhound racing.

We need Laws to end animal abuse, to end all this abuse that the animals are victims. Ill-treatment, killings, beatings, fights, all this can be avoided with jail time and heavy fines for all of these criminals.

For these reasons I ask the Municipality of Montevideo to ban horse-drawn carts, do not tolerate more animal abuse.
