I want that in the Commune of Ovalle make more operatives for more sectors, and in addition to the other towns around Ovalle. We urgently need massive sterilization campaigns for both stray and poor animals.
Each year that passes more dogs are abandoned, be they puppies or large dogs, and these in turn have pups, so that their numbers grow uncontrollably. We need the Ovalle Commune to take responsibility for this problem, dogs suffer a lot on the street, and it is a health problem for both them and us.
I hope with all my heart that they carry out these campaigns, since there are too many dogs in the streets of the Commune and also in the other towns of the region.
