This petition is created with the aim of the citizens of Chilecito, Province of La Rioja, formalize the complaint to the competent body for the recent video that was viral on Facebook in which you can see a group of hunters joking about a puma cub who, it seems, has just been shot.
These killers hunted and tortured this puma cub and filmed it. He identified one of the poor, it would be greatly appreciated to officially request the punishment for these social scourges.
