It is important to have a Minister for Animals to defend the rights of animals and worry about defending Cholito Law. We need it to be a representation for the citizenship about the care of the animals. May he care for the health and welfare of animals, so that we learn to respect them as lesser brothers and living beings and living beings.
The regulation aims to avoid abuse and neglect of pets and security, in addition to better regulate their sale and end with practices such as training to increase the aggressiveness of animals.
The Law provides for penalties for animal abuse and neglect, ranging from fines to imprisonment to a minimum or medium degree and the absolute inability to have animals.
