Because being loose they continue to commit crimes and put at risk the lives of good people who are at the mercy of criminals. We need constitutional guarantees to be able to live in peace without having to be aware of the criminals.
Many times we are robbed, we make a complaint, and the Justice does not act, and we see the people we have reported free. We are afraid that they will do something to us for the complaints we make to them, that is why I ask for guarantees for the victims and not for the criminals.
We are defenseless before judges who do not defend us, rather it is the criminals they really defend!
