I cannot understand the government, they stand by and watch our society disintegrate meanwhile people are killing animals without any form of punishment. ITS TIME WE STOP ANIMAL TORTURE!! MURDERING ANIMALS IS NOT A SPORT. Animal abuse leads to human abuse and murdering.
