Creation of a police force composed of two types of agents:
A small number of agents with their respective permits and identifications with arms carrying.
A greater number of volunteer agents with their respective permits and identifications but without carrying arms.
The reason for my petition is the following: In many cases of rescue by mistreatment, the rescuers have to deal with violent people who do not allow the removal of the animal.
