Create meetings to raise awareness about street cat sterilization

This is important because each person has their own conception of sterilization, because most are misinformed, and need help in awareness by distributing a film, because a picture is worth a thousand words!

Success must be achieved in creating a system that allows district veterinarians to participate in these actions by revising their rates that are too high and put a stop to the growth of sterilized stray animals. We need more humanity and less benefits!
