Create an office or an area responsible for the medical care of animals (cats and dogs) abandoned

There are animals suffering, I have seen more than 100 animals forgotten with diseases of the skin, blind, malnourished, many malnourished pups. It seems to me that a country that receives so much tourism, that prides itself on a millenary culture, has forgotten its pets, is very sad.

We need the Government to show that it cares for the animals, that's why I urgently need an area to be in charge of the care and veterinary care of abandoned animals.
