Just as human beings have rights, animals must also have them, which is why I ask the authorities and the citizens to work to create an Animal Protection Law. Animals are also hungry, cold, thirsty, hot, and in pain. Enough of so much abuse to these innocent beings!
We need to send the abuser and murderers of animals to prison, we need them not to be allowed to have an animal under their care. It is also necessary that by law they be sterilized free of charge in order to control the number of abandoned dogs. Another great step should be to have free veterinary care thanks to this much needed Law.
