In Colombia, the number of abandoned cats and dogs is increasing, and the State does not have an appropriate place for all of them. I only ask that the animals that are in the streets have it without fear that they will kill them, if they do not adopt them, that they provide them with a good diet, rehabilitation and all the love that they need.
We need shelters for our stray animals, we cannot take care of all of them, it is also the duty of the Government to have policies for the protection of animals. We ask this petition to build shelters for stray animals to care for, feed, vaccinate, sterilize and give them for adoption.
