Our animals in the region are dying for lack of veterinary medical care. We need help with sterilizations to control the overpopulation of cats and dogs in our streets, as they are victims of abuse and lack of protection. Every day is increasing the number of animals hit in our streets and worse, those who are victims of abuse such as burns, rape and physical abuse.
Help us make this petition a reality where low-income people and abandoned animals can access this benefit.
