Having a Registry of Pitbulls Owners will be able to know who is qualified to continue having them, to make controls of good treatment at any moment, without previous warning. And if you do not meet the requirements so that you can have it, it will be recovered and delivered to another family. Responsible holding, that's what I want for pets, especially for pitbulls who are mistreated and used for fights.
Enough of abuse and mistreatment of animals, enough of dogfighting, enough to use as guard dogs for a thief to poison, stab or shoot and kill for wanting to enter the property they care.
This record could be extended to any dog considered dangerous or of race used for fights.
