Addressed to: President of the Republic of Chile
Because there are many people in Chile who have dogs to take care of their homes, factories and protect their assets, and have them without water, without food and sleeping outdoors, tied almost without being able to move. These people have to be punished with jail and fines.
There must be community inspectors and campaigns on responsible pet ownership, it is very necessary to create awareness of protection or punishment to those who break the law.
I would love to work supporting this initiative without pay.
