Seeing that the animals in Panama are unprotected and there is no governmental entity in charge of watching over the rights of the animals. Unfortunately events occur where the animals live in a state of abandonment, they are seen by different routes, they are run over and mistreated. For example, in the different corridors you can see dogs, cats, sloths being run over, sick animals are seen in the street and sadly there is no hospital or hostels for them.
I ask the Government to create a veterinary hospital where animals are treated free of charge, be they pets, wild or stray animals.
