Unfortunately for decades, many of the parents (men) who separate or divorce their partner do not respond with their financial responsibility or alimony with their children. When this bureau exists, a company, bank, or any other institution, can check if a man is on this site, such as the credit bureau.
How can a man who does not respond to his own children be reliable?
