In the province of Córdoba they do not do much for the lives of the greyhounds and for their exploiters to pay, since the fines are so unimportant that with the money of the bets they still earn money.
The races therefore continue to pay bribes and nobody sees anything, arrangements are made with different members of the police in different places, but key points are the area of San Francisco, border where it seems that nothing matters and impunity is the order of the day.
