In the popular celebrations that are celebrated in several corners, (districts, towns, cities etc ...) there is the tradition of being at different times of the day announcing that "do not forget about here we have party", and they do it of form randomly launching rockets that cause fear and panic to some children and especially to our pets (especially the dogs), the latter accustomed to take them out of the house to walk, especially to do their needs.
The one who has a car has to move to a nearby municipality to take his dog, the one who does not have a vehicle, has to wait for a truce to take advantage of the moment to get him out of the house, but as you never know when the happy rocket appears in the sky, sometimes surprised you with your pet in the street and there you quickly run away again to your house to protect your dog.
They should control the hours and moments of the pyrotechnics launch, whenever it is when a procession enters, but not all day and for no apparent reason. In the Christmas dates they should be authorized only when it is New Year and not all the stage that they last Christmas, from before Christmas Eve until after Kings. Also prohibit the sale of those damn firecrackers.
