With this petition we can save thousands of horses that are suffering due to having to pull cars with monstrous weights, suffering ill-treatment and abuse. We can and we have to help them!
In Rio de Janeiro there is already a law that prohibits this, but there are still people who do these cruelties, all because there is no government control.
