There are advances in this problem, however the measures taken have no greater impact in this regard and the progressive increase of dogs and cats in the streets can be observed in an alarming way.
This petition is a call to logic and conscience not only for our representatives but also for citizens; supported by a COMPREHENSIVE process of education in HUMANITIES together we can improve the image of our cities and towns while doing justice for "some" of our peers who are in a constant state of emergency.
