On the Rovisco Pais Avenue the trash containers from Friday to Monday are on the walksides, and during the week too. Garbage bags next to the buildings, in the summer with bad smell. The City Council of Lisbon must give and warn the inhabitants about the handling of the garbage, and at the end of a month get to pass fines. The City Council earns a fortune and has more possibility of greater cleanliness in the city.
