Closing of the disco NEXXT in Gosier

For months the inhabitants of the Mathurin and Poucet du Gosier sections suffer from the discomfort of the NEXXXT nightclub, Mathurin route: noise, music every day of the week, except on Mondays, even on Sundays, all afternoon and evening.

Disputes, fights, obstruction of the public road (Mathurin road) and private (street of the Cité Élise) and yesterday the point of no return has been crossed: three shots that have awakened the whole neighbourhood.

We have already made presentations to our City Council, the complaints have already been filed with the municipal and national police. Nothing moves.

Today, we have formed a collective and alert the press and public opinion.

Our individual liberties are mocked, our children do not sleep at night and go to school like real zombies, parents too.

Irritability is gaining in the neighbourhood, some of which will soon use their own weapons to do justice by their own.

We, a group of sections of Mathurin-Poucet, are more than determined to enforce the law and our rights.

We ask the press to be our relay near the institutions (in particular, the City Council, since the competition to close the night establishments is the exclusive responsibility of the Mayor and the disorder of the public order of the police or the gendarmerie).
