Because I would like Barcelona to be an orchard and not as now a dirty shame, as dirty as it is. Ada, Mayor, but the hard hand graffiti, to clean up what they mess and fines and the manteros that are in a ship, nothing to be where they think. There are some rules that have to be fulfilled in the country, that's what they are for.
The city can not allow so much dirt or do what they want. But more hard hand and those who steal their country, and not as now that they are free, because the laws have to meet all.
