Because they were little dogs that were rehabilitated, some were sterilized, the same people gave them water and food and suddenly they began to disappear, most were not aggressive, they took puppies, old men, nursing dogs, we do not know what they did with them and the Mayor must respond as animals are not guilty of an irresponsible society, they deserve respect and there are other ways to control overpopulation.
