While on vacation with my family in Madrid, we received 5 complaints for circulating in a Residential Priority Area (APR) for a total of € 450. We are a large family and there are times that we end the month with € 500 and it is not possible to pay the fine and it does not seem fair either. We ask to pay one of the complaints just for not knowing the regulations (abusive).
