The plague that carry containers, can have serious consequences. They are not cleaned, but overturned, leaving the miseries that unscrupulous vagabonds leave them there because they make in there their needs and clinginess of the jumble that make the garbage there also stuck. Adding to this the lack of control over the scattered trash left side for hours and days reeking of disgusting and dangerous way, the health of people and animals.
