I think it's outrageous that up being abused and abandoned to their fate have to end up in a cold cage with minimal care and no place to run to release the stress of being locked day and night without leaving for anything.
It is common knowledge that the Mayor of Meco does not like animals but I hope to achieve with this request that the municipal kennel facilities are improved.
