Today there are very soft laws for people who mistreat animals, so we demand increased penalties, fines, so maybe they would learn to respect animals. Lack of consideration, love, care and attention is something that occurs in many homes throughout Brazil. The legislation does not provide justice. That sanctions be reviewed, so that people are aware of the consequences of acts practiced against animals in general.
