In the city of Volta Grande (MG) there are hundreds of stray dogs and cats that go hungry, cold and suffer cruel treatment by cruel people. As much as possible, the friend Aline Costa Lomba and other volunteers feed and treat these innocents, often suffering reprisals from the population.
The city needs a policy of FREE CASTRATION to control the population of stray animals, and education initiatives of the population regarding RESPECT to animals.
The police must be strict in the punishment of ill-treatment of animals.
