Because the poor animals are born in the street or are abandoned, and many cats and dogs are pregnant and their numbers grow almost exponentially. Many of these animals must cross into life with some people who are abusers and take their offsprings and kill them or sometimes throw them into living containers to die of cold or hunger.
The suffering of these animals ishuge, that is why I would like castration to be free and so many misfortunes could be avoided.
Please, gentlemen, do not forget the animals and carry out free sterilization campaigns.
