To reduce the overpopulation of abandoned animals in the streets of Baixada Fluminense, and so that the animals can have a better quality of life, as we face the uncontrolled abandonment of domestic animals, especially cats and dogs. Because they are not castrated previously we end up seeing the procreating animals without any control.
To begin to reduce the number of stray animals we need to carry out massive sterilization campaigns, and control to reduce abandonment.
