There are many cats left to their fate, passing cold and hardships in the street, and the authorities do not want people to fed the cats. If it were not for the people, those cats would die of hunger.
I ask the Mayor of Torrejón de Ardoz to give a carnet authorizing the feeding of thousands of abandoned cats.
