There are accidents of animals that play in the park, because they are frightened by noise or bikes and the roads are near it, many die, others are injured for life or owners sacrifice them to avoid suffering, it seems unfair to them and for their owners.
Fences are urgently needed, but not only in the dog parks of Vitoria. They could also be ordered for all canine parks in the Community and the country.
