Canine enclosures in parks in Fuencarral - El Pardo

So the dogs can run and be released some time with other dogs.

We need the Municipal District Board of Fuencarral - El Pardo undertakes to study the construction of dog enclosures in parks and squares to improve the lives of citizens who have dogs and we have nowhere to take them.

So we need enough large areas to serve all dogs registered in census, with provided shaded areas, water fountains, and suitable containers for depositing waste that generate our animals, and cleaning and proper maintenance, beyond that we should be we who should collect the garbage generated by our dogs.

According to Article 11 of Law 1/1990 BOCM Protection of Domestic Animals:
"The municipalities shall endeavor to enable in gardens and public parks suitable spaces, clearly marked, for walking and recreation of dogs."
