The animals that live in the street suffer being abused, do not have to eat or where to sleep, they do not even have affection or love. There is a large overpopulation, especially of dogs, because many people throw their own female pets when they are in heat so, this way when they are pregnant to put their puppies on sale.
In my city every day the problem is bigger, dog packs walk the streets, many with scabies, hungry, beaten. Neither the Municipal Government nor the National do anything to prevent this, and hundreds of animals die every day.
We need shelters for animals, where we can cure them, vaccinate them, castrate them and give them for adoption, is the only way in which the number of animals suffering so much diminishes.
