Because animals are living beings who have feelings just like us, and they deserve respect and love. Because we are responsible for their hardships, for their suffering and for ending their lives in the streets, abandoned.
They suffer from mistreatment of people, from cold, from hunger and from death itself. In addition many become ill, so the Government should build shelters for them. In many countries this does not happen, Chile is full of stray dogs, and they are not to blame.
Please do not be indifferent to the pain of animals.
