Because there are no shelters, organizations or rescuers in this place, and there are many dogs dying in the streets, many of which have serious wounds, or are sick. There is even an invasion of stray dogs that led to certain people commencing to poison them by giving them poisoned food and taking them in the garbage cars to disappear.
Nobody does anything about it, we need help, we want a shelter opened and there is a Protection Law for the little strays.
