They are living beings that require help, there are many abandoned and abused canines on the streets, please, we need to encourage the adoption of canines!!
I would like to ask the President to create a Law that establishes the minimum conditions that a person must have to adopt a pet and that preferably ban the sale of animals, in order to encourage the adoption of those that are abandoned, in this way the abandonment.
Please prohibit the adoption and sale of pets so that there is no risk in the future that this could happen again.
