Avoid the suffering of animals that are abandoned by people who adopt but when they find themselves in difficulties with the economic situation they abandon them. I would like to ask the President to create a Law that establishes the minimum conditions that a person must have to adopt a pet and that preferably the sale of animals for adoption is prohibited to encourage the adoption of those that are abandoned and as soon as the abandonment ends. Prohibit adoption and sale so that there is no future risk of it happening again with this people.
Compulsory door-to-door castration, regardless of whether the guardians allow it or not. Whoever is not born does not suffer and is not abandoned.
