People buy rat poison and put it in the food of stray dogs and cats or even their neighbors. You can't wait for these people to become enlightened and raise awareness. We have to nip evil in the bud. We will prohibit by law the sale of any type of poison. That way they will no longer kill our cats and dogs with poison.
