Not to the sale of animals, because they are locked in cages without being able to move, do not feed them or give them water and mistreat them. The people who sell animals are selling living things, without caring about the welfare of the animals; they do this only to have economic gains. It is necessary to prohibit and penalize the sale of animals legally, because the sellers do not give them dignified treatment, which every animal deserves.
It is imperative that measures be taken to enforce the right of animals in Mexico.
