No animal should suffer abuse and abandonment, and less be used as in colonial times, fulfilling a task for which humans could use other means to do it!
We need the Government to help people who use carts with horses so they can resume their activities but replacing the horse, for example, for a motorcycle with a cart, or give them chances to buy the instrument for the transport of collected material.
Deputies and senators, Governors, Mayors, we need you to finish with the daily abuse suffered for hundreds of horses, which is why we need your collaboration so that people do not lose their jobs and the animals do not suffer.
