The municipal president, Othón Hernández, incited acts of violence in the community of Paso Blanco municipality of Misantla, Ver. Mex.
It is an act of extreme cruelty (the despescuezada), because they hang a duck from their legs, people jump and hang from the bird until they pull off its head.
All this barbarism in front of hundreds of people including children.
